PAYMENT
All prices on ramn.dk are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and includes 25% tax. You can pay with Danmark, VISA Danmark, VISA, MasterCard, MobilePay and with banktransfer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We strive to deliver within 1-3 working days in Denmark and 3-7 working days within Europe unless otherwise is stated. But in high seasons, like Christmas, it may take up to 10 days to deliver, but we guarantee that all orders will be handled in time to reach the christmas tree. Just make sure to order before the 20th december (then it arrives in Denmark the 24th the latest). If you have any questions regarding delivery outside of Denmark, please send us a message here.
If it is urgent, please state so in the comment section and we will confirm within 24 hours. 
PICKUP
You are very welcome to pickup your order in Hornbæk but please make sure to let us know by writing an email: info@ramn.dk or calling us: 31 49 00 22.
RETURN AND REFUNDS
We have a 30 day return and refund policy. Within 30 days from receiving your product(s), you must notify us if you wish to return it. You do so by sending an email to info@ramn.dk. In your message you must clearly state that you wish to return the product. You cannot do this by simply refusing to accept the order when delivered to you. 
Returning the product
The product(s) must be returned no later that 30 days after you haven notified us. You cover the costs of returning the product(s) are are responsible for it being packed properly. Remember to enclose a copy of your invoice.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will process your refund. You bear the risk of the product from the time you have it in your possession. You can unpack and look at the product, just like in a normal store but any product deterioration caused in your possession (or if not properly packed when returning) will be deducted from the amount you get back.
Money refund
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product(s) unless you can provide documentation that you have sent it.
